The Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope was successfully launched at 7:26 am EDT on August 30, 2026. Roman is now on a 3-month journey to its final orbit in L2.
Members of the Arizona Cosmology Lab will continue to lead data pipeline and analysis efforts once the telescope is fully commissioned and sending the anticipated 1TB of data daily.
